I saw today where a woman was receiving $4300/mo bought a 2024 Mercedes, and was paying $1500/mo in rent that she was getting assistance on too.

No one gets that. In order to apply you need income statements, SS# rent receipts.school records for your kids. They check your credit. So no one gets that much.

Medicaid sure could use some oversight. there is a lot of fraud being committed through it. how? well a person on Medicaid running to the e.r. every time they have something wrong rather than go to the doctor office. (seen it happen many a time). Medicaid paying for anything cosmetic should be stopped. braces on a kids teeth is nothing more than cosmetic. only medically necessary things should be covered. people existing on Medicaid and food stamps should not be able to live a better life than the people out here having to work full time and pay for everything themselves. I knew a woman who was on Medicaid she got food stamps back then. I remember she couldn’t buy cat food with those food stamps so she would buy her cats chicken cook it and feed her cats chicken.

Maybe our government needs to regulate the outrageous prices hospitals charge. I was in the hospital and my insurance was charged $200 for a tape to hold my IV in my arm, $75 for the bandaid place on my arm after the IV was removed. That’s price gouging and fraud.
FRAUD & WASTE: All people have to do is as Sunny Hostin from the View about Medicaid & Medicare abuse & fraud, her husband a doctor I heard has been under investigation now for the past few months for this very topic. Doctors will bill out for svcs never done, they double bill, pad the actual patient bill higher just to get a more reasonable reimbursement. Some doctors get very greedy & start to create pts that don't exist, that's when they get caught!!

We PAY Social Security, Medicare, since we received our very first paycheck. You pay for Medicare and then you are neglected... that's Government FRAUD, THEFT.

I worked for a company and at the time I didn’t know it but the owner was stealing from Medicare! I don’t know for how long but he had to close the business because Medicare shut them completely down! He got some kind of code violation! It was Z something! He was an idiot and money hungry! And he would NEVER PAY his bills until he was cut off! But he wanted his money immediately! His greed got him nowhere!!!
