Fun fact, slavery did play a roll in the civil war, as did states' rights, cessation, water rights, industrialization, westward expansion, Mr. Lincoln seen the division of the united states and decided to keep the country united. We learn history, so the mistakes previously made don't repeat themselves. The same party of the time is ruffling feathers again. Don't let history repeat itself. Have a great day 😀.

The majority of Confederate soldiers were poor and didn’t own slaves but still fought for state loyalty or their beliefs in the Confederacy’s cause.

I agree with this guy 100% when I was a kid you could proudly hang this flag anywhere. It was a sign of your southern heritage. this flag once hung in the White House. This was never meant to be a symbol of hate or racism as it’s become today.

Here’s the best part……. Lincoln and the union which today’s flag represents didn’t plan on keeping freed slaves in America after the war. The union built a colony called Liberia in Africa to send em all back after the war yet when Lincoln was assassinated it was never fulfilled and only some 60,000 were sent there.
