The fraud would stop without funding!
just because theirs video of children going into the building. doesn't mean it's a non fraudulent facility..... and also doesn't mean it's a running daycare...... you framed the image to cover up your tracks.... nothing innocent there....
if you aren't running a daycare out of fraud. Then you should have nothing to worry about. Those scrounging and scattering for a bandaid are clearly apart of the problem .
