There are those who reached for a drug and there are those who do not reach for a drug. There are those who are born with scrambled brain cells and there are those who are not. It’s way too complicated to put blame anywhere. As we all know, there are people that are born evil, we see it every day gun violence, murders, leaders of countries that are vampires and dictators and cruel. You never know when a messed up person is going to pop up, who it will be that will pop up and to what extent. Unfortunately these two wonderful parents successful and did everything they could for their kids and ended up being slaughtered by their son who was evil and just a bad seed. That’s my opinion.

California no longer has a death penalty. So he won't be facing that. I don't think the state even has a death row or a death chamber anymore. The last execution in California was almost 20 years ago. The democrats put them all on hold back in 06. We voted to bring it back and Newsom blocked it. Even if we did have a death penalty, do you think the liberals would put the offspring of a so called liberal icon to death for a double murder of his parents? I certainly hope he gets charged till the fullest extent. and one of the Articles says he is Executor of the will. therefore he is entitled to using his parents money to defend himself. they did not change the will and take him off of it.
