Simple question, when they became detained, did the detainees cross the boarder into the USA at a "legal point of entry"? If they have VISAs are they expired? If yes, they are criminals for breaking the terms of said VISA! If they have a non expired VISA and have broken ANY law which invalidates their VISA (DUI, tax evasion, having a job not being authorized to work, etc), AGAIN they have broken the Federal Law and are criminals!!! Not that difficult to understand, so why does the Legacy Media and Democrats interpret "criminal illegal alien", when they can't even simply define what a woman is!!!!
By weight of their illegally having crossed into the United States AGAINST Federal Immigration Laws, they are guilty of Illegal Entry, the first offense is a misdemeanor, the following violations are felonies.
Did they have proper documentation granting them permission to be in the country? If the answer is no, then they are in the country illegally. The liberal media acts as if it is not a criminal offense to be in the country "undocumented".
