Was this " gang related ?" Don't know yet. One thing for sure Stockton ,CA. is not only gang related , it's gang infested. 2 different school districts ; Stockton unified and Lincoln unified. When I raised my kids , Stockton unified was a mess so I worked extra hard to qualify for an apartment in Lincoln Unified as they had strong anti-gang policies . When this investigation is over , we will all know why but I also believe the gangster community is still going to continue their gangster ways because they really think they are right.
