DCF needs to be investigated and if anyone thinks that I'm just shooting off at the mouth... look into the 2023 or 2024 case involving the social worker that snuck a parent and child out the back door of the 450 Hamilton Street DCF office in Hartford. The social worker was eventually convinced to return to the office after having help this woman escape with a child. This woman was known and identified for trafficking. DCF and the social worker were aware of this. Also, the door where the woman exited out of with the DCF worker and child is through an area of the office where parents are not allowed.
