Completely justified for shooting the illegal. Stop using the word "alledged" when it comes to illegals and their crimes. There is proof of what he did. He deliberately ran his car into the officers path & hit him.
He shouldn’t have tried to get away and drug him under the car
If he didn’t think he was so entitled to break the law and cooperated with law enforcement he would still be alive. He did four things wrong. 1 he was lhere illegally, 2 he failed to cooperate. 3 he eluded 4 he used his vehicle as a deadly force tool. Instead of cooperating now he’s gone. Law enforcement has families also they are doing their jobs and have the right to defend themselves.
