I don't know what his situation was but considering how so many DCS workers destroy innocent children's lives to get a couple extra dollars in their pocket, many DCS workers deserve worse than that.
Everyone is on his ass but do you know the level of stress the family is in from the dcs it may be false allegations etc you never know these days
I remember this. he was angry that his daughter was in a room alone with a man and he wasn't told about it. I can understand the fear he had. He never said the man touched his daughter in the video. He was just mad that his daughter was in a room alone with a man and he was not invited and did not know about it. The way things were happening at schools around the time he did this, of course made him angry and in defense mode. A female child should not be alone in a room with a man. There should be a woman in there also. I don't agree with what he did. He took it way too far and now he can only see his daughter from jail. He can't protect her from jail! I wish he would have thought about the consequences before he did this.
They have found out that those caseworker were also taking children for no reason, only to complete their quota.

The employee wasn't badly hurt, but police and judges really suck up to CPS workers. This one CPS worker called police to tell them that a three year old who had been snatched from her parents who she had been keeping in her home appeared unconscious. The paramedics pronounced the child dead. The CPS worker said the child was disturbed due to her biological family and had started having a violent tantrum and hit her head. This one seasoned detective could smell a rat. Too many things did not add up. He started investigating the case because he was fairly sure the CPS worker had murdered the child. The detective's police chief told him to drop it, that they did not cross CPS agents. They were over the police. However, the detective felt that that defenseless little girl deserved justice, so he continued working on the case. Continued on my next comment.

After following up with the story and video I totally understand that man's aggression towards that particular person. CPS agency did respond to the man's questions as to why that CPS worker who had no reason to see his child took her into a room by herself, she's 9. His daughter told him (her dad)what happened. the worker and CPS choose not to give him a response as to why this happened. My guess is that the CPS worker did something illegal/inappropriate to the child

I remember this he was mad that a male case worker spoke to his daughter without him in the room! Now I definitely understand his feelings with the way things are! But that is protocol that parents aren’t present! And the fact that they were taking the kid from him as well leads me to believe that the kid said something prompting them to want to remove the kid! After watching his reactions I definitely think they had a good reasoning for their plans to remove the kid!
