It amazes me people can just sneak into our country illegally & you can’t send them back home. One would think being provided airfare home was being compassionate. Do we have anyone drafting an amendment to our immigration policies? They can amend the constitution and close the asylum loophole problem & change how illegal immigration is handled to cut out all of these multiple court dates. They currently have their case reviewed by an immigration judge. In Garcia’s case, his case was reviewed by a judge who ordered him to be deported. Garcia filed an appeal and the appeals court affirmed the deportation order. Not sure how or why a district court judge ordered a stay?! I just know the plane was over international waters when he tried to turn them around. I’m lost on this whole due process many alleged he didn’t have. Three courtrooms & three judges needed for? We have an immigration policy in place for a reason. Come the right way & you are golden.
