I'm not anti police but these days police shoot to kill. They could shoot without killing. No they want to empty a clip of 10-20 rounds. you'll have 2,3,4 cpos shooting every round before they stop. Dude is down and they just keep shooting.

I think if I was a cop, I would have waited . the cop that shot him should be investigated. because he pulled that trigger, I think a bit too quick. didn't even give homie a chance to drop the knife and get down the stairs before he shot him.
