WOW!! my cousin Kevin Evans died similar to this in 1998 at the Twin Towers Jail in Los Angeles. 7 officers and 1 nurse they used the choke hold while my cousin was in 4 point restraints. 😪 It's just horrible 🙏🏽 RIP Robert & Kevin 💔Y'all both should be alive today.
