Shooting out the tires wouldn't have prevented her from hitting him, he did not respond to either one of them. THAT automobile had been described and verified as following. stalking and enticing officers earlier, and had also been ID'd as "attempting to strike an officer" earlier. She denied a lawful order to get out of the car, why did she reverse the look him in the face as she accelerated? I don't think she intended to kill him. but nor do I think she was avoiding hitting him. Most any officer would have done the same thing,
