as a mom to an addict...this touches my heart. My son would have done the same. He doesn't tolerate abuse. My son scheduled himself an appointment for for going into rehab on Tuesday 🤞
He did what everyone should do. Step up! Stop sitting around doing nothing. He is in rehab, GOD BLESS you are already thinking and seeing clearly. 🙏🏼

im an addict to fentanyl. it started with Heroin. I had just recently gotten divorced after 20 years. My kid left home at 25, after taking care of me, because my abusive husband was gone. The day my son moved out, empty nest syndrome kicked in. I got high with a friend, it had it mixed in. It was the first warm hug I'd ever had. I was hooked immediately. I hadn't ever been in trouble with the law. Not even a ticket. Bam! I became a heroin addict. Then suddenly, no more anything i was usedto, it was ALL FENTANYL. It was a new level... and quitting meant continuous sickness. it lasted for weeks. I quit many times. The last time... bagged on the floor and narcan to save me by the paramedics. I was a kind, caring, loyal and moral person, addicted to the deadliest drugs. Through all of this... I never compromised my morals. The person before drugs, is still that moral person. still a good wife and mother, and friend.
most addicts are not bad people we just didn't get enough love and the right parenting when we were younger I've been sober 14 yrs I really hope this guy doesn't get more time for doing the right thing I believe he is a good guy
Someone needs to show this video to the courts.. Anyone who has a mother, a daughter, female cousins/friends & care about them would definitely appreciate this mans selfless act. He didn't think about the trouble he'd get into, he just wanted to make sure the female was safe. 💪🏽💪🏽😍👏🏽👏🏽💕
I find it odd but most of my friends that were really bad addicts, were really good guys when clean. Like the ones that had really good parents, or at least a good parent (usually moms). They were brought up with a good sense of morals, but went down the wrong path.
A lot of drug users are not bad people just some people going through somethings and trying to forget things that may have happened to them.
I showed this to My Lil Girl & She said that was God; that was a Test Mom, to see if he remembered right from wrong after his drug battle, but he won hopefully both his Addiction & his Court battle afterwards 🥰🙏 Her Own Daddy lost His Battle with Addiction the week before Christmas, so trust Me she's in deep & totally invested, when it comes to situations like this. He doesn't deserve to catch a new charge, he deserves a medal.

i volunteered at a rehab facility. first rule was you dont step out of the propertt for any reason. not even to throw trash in the dumpster on the outside of the gate. youd be terminated from the program. this man gave that up to help this woman. GOOD MAN.
I understand you not supposed to leave the facility but after seeing this I feel like they shouldn't penalize him for anything. he was legit scared for another person's life that's a selfless act and cheers to his sobriety 🥰🥰🥰🥰

So proud of each and every one of you who are fighting the good fight. I’ve been clean from opiates since 2015 and I still have days where I think fuck it, it’s a hard battle. Kudos to the recovering addicts 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and many many prayers for those still lost. Big love for each of you 💙💙💙

To the judge, You need to watch this very short video sir. because this man stood up for this woman when he didn't have to. He could have put himself in a bad situation trying to save this girl from being beat on anymore. But he didn't. he done it in a peaceful manner, he got her away from her boyfriend/ husband. then he proceeded to put his arm around her shoulder and walked her home.. Well he didn't have to do so, and if He hadn't have. she would have had more harm come to her. He could have stayed at his room or wherever he was at and now stuck his nose in their business of whatever they were arguing about. He stepped up and out for this lady and probably saved her life and his life as well. Thank you very much sir. So if anybody needs a with you, I will kindly ask you to be lenient on this man that is trying to get his life back in order. and he saved a life instead and helped a young lady out of bad situation..

I was eating lunch with my daughter at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Milwkauee out on the patio. I hopped the fence and ran over to the intersection because some guy was trying to open the driver's door of a car a woman was DRIVING. I put a stop to that sh*t right there and there. Made him stand and wait on the corner until the police showed up.
He should be given a pass from the judge on this one. He stood up for that woman

His being in rehab has nothing to do with the heroic measure that he did. It wasn't like he was trying to escape. He was rescuing a young lady. The courts need to commend him and lock up the piece of trash beating up the young lady.
