I never got anything I wanted for Christmas, including a new father. Oh I wrote Santa about that too. every kid I was friends with, got top of the line year after year. I got truck stop Walkman, people made fun of me. We were poor because my dad controlled everything and sucked at finances..so I went out and made my own money and bought my own name brand stuff..my mom would make extra money and not tell dad, and she would buy my new clothes and fun gifts. she was amazing person, he wasn't! Wish she didn't honor her vows, but she did! I started paying taxes at 12, doing summer programs..later in life, I loved showing my sons the proof! My boys never do without, I buy gifts all year around to make Xmas awesome! but they know how to be grateful for anything they get, even now as adults!

With that attitude, she got what she deserved.
