Abhor red light runners. I’ve had two family members and two friends over a 20 year. period killed because of them. One friend had just gone grocery shopping and was hit so hard. they found her groceries a block away from the accident site. She was unrecognizable from the wreckage. Additionally, I’ve worked for a national delivery company for the last 20 years and see this madness every day. I have ZERO mercy for them or whatever they receive as far as sentences, judgments or fines. I’ve learned the signs when they’re about to run a red light and refused to move as a missile through. I’m a firm believer. Some of these individuals are serial runners and should have their license permanently suspended.
how stupid...they obviously have a death wish....but innocent people could die because of someone's lack of brains and dont care who they kill...everyone who runs a red light should lose their license for 5 years and if someone dies they should lose their license for life

Must be Detroit. seen people drive that way frequently. Also seen the opposite. people with the red light watch for the cross tragic light to turn yellow. they take off on the yellow hoping to get hit and then make a large claim with insurance companies.
Ok, I have read alot of comments on here. I know, I use to think the same way. Where the hell are the cops, drinking coffee and eating donuts. So, recently I went on a citizen ride along with a Police Dept. with an Officer for a 10 hour shift. I was amazed at all the calls we went to one after another and what really goes on. We started his shift at 5pm, he had no breaks and our dinner wasn't until 12:30am ( 30 min) which was cut short by 20 mins. we had to leave another officer was asking for assistance at a bar fight. He had arrested 2 people during his shift and it took an hour each time just to book them in jail. He stopped 2 cars for traffic violations, gave one ticket. This Officer went non stop for pretty much the entire shift as all the other officers did. At the end of the night, I have a total different outlook on them. I have a total appreciation of what they do in serving their community. Honestly, I was surprised how busy all night it was, which was on a Thursday.
that camera was flashing that means it's a red light camera intersection that means they will be expecting a red light ticket in the mail so if they can afford to pay it keep on running it and keep on coming

Doesn't everybody wait for those idiots there'salways at least one. I made the mistake of following the car in front of me into the intersection and didn't notice the guy coming. He ran the red light T-boned us doing 45 mph totaled our car luckily no injuries and it drove 10 block home.
