Driver was turning before he let his kid enter the roadway. . Not the drivers fault. Wasn’t a stop sign or red light. Father should be in front of his child approaching a damn road and be careful whose door you pull open. Not always a good idea.

The vehicle was halfways through the inspection sidewalk. Apparently, the pediatrician had no way to stop young child processing across the side walk without a supervision by an adult.
it's a cross walk pedestrians have the right of way every time, now that doesn't mean don't pay attention cuz a car is bigger and badder lmao
