UPDATE: Oceanview, CA: A couple was spotted by a passing fishing boat and picked up by the USCG based out of San Francisco, CA in the early hours this morning. The rescued couple was suffering from hypothermia and slurred speech. Both victims were treated and released at an area hospital.The stalled vessel was run over and sunk by a container ship 40 miles off the coast of San Francisco and enroute to China. An empty beer cooler was all that remained.🤣
