Good thing she's not fighting an actual criminal that will pick her up in the air and slam her into the ground. She came out swinging but she was most definitely swinging Incorrectly, she wasn't really using any techniques that would be very useful So she definitely needs more instruction and direction because any attacker, could have picked her up and slammed her on the ground and rendered her unconscious, with all of her all over the place moves.
