The UFO I saw, was miles up, & at first I thought it was an airliner. I asked it to come closer, if it was ETs', & to surprise, it came down to about 300'! what does a large weather balloon appear like? Billowing mass above a pointed end below which is affected by weight of instrumentation. Does this not reveal a stable direction of high altitude wind from the right? Wish we could get excited over something more novel than exhibited by a slow decent ...but weather balloons are pretty cool in their own right!
