Authorities arrested and charged three men: two 18-year-olds and one 28-year-old. Jamere Justice Foster, 18, of Winston-Salem: Charged with first-degree murder for being the alleged gunman. Zquriah Lepearce Blackwell, 18, of Winston-Salem: Charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder for helping Foster escape and destroy evidence. Sentence to death is harsh for 🍺 beer. The teen who shot the gun should get life with a chance for parole after 25yrs. The other two teens should have 5 to 10yrs. for being an accomplice.

if this is true and they're teenagers I don't think the death penalty should even be considered... They're to young they need to be rehabilitated after 10 or 15 years... I agree with you right up until you blame the parents. You can teach your children many things about life and the right and wrong of it. but you can't be with them 24/7and it's up to them when you're not around to make good decisions. i know! My wife and I raised our children with everything from the "Good Parents PlayBook" but our youngest just did what she wanted. We talked yelled talked punished bargained talked and finally had to get law enforcement and the juvenile court involved bc some of the things she was doing could have gotten us in trouble and liable and we were not going to lose EVERYTHING we worked so hard for bc of a 14 yr old that wanted to do things her way with her "friends". We had to declare her an uncontrollable juvenile(There's a legal term for it but I can't think of it right now) to the court system. BROKE MY HEART 💔 She's grown now 30yrs old and we talk about it and she says all the time "I don't know what I was thinking" and is doing pretty good now.
