well, the dude in cuffs initiated the confrontation, therefore he is the attacker, he is in the wrong, and he will be facing charges, not the guy in the wheelchair defending himself. if you're going to carry a knife and a paintball gun, and you pull it out in public without somebody attacking you, then you can be shot with a real gun, legally, to defend themselves. if you're going to carry a gun, make sure it's a real one with real bullets, and the only time it should be seen is when it's being fired.💕
