the guy seems to admit what he did wrong and I mean honestly I don't think he was doing the maliciously I think he was defending himself so hey let him off easy.
You did the right thing.
the guy in the wheel chair was moving all his limbs...
I know this situation is awkward and it is very bad. Because it's a veteran and an elderly man in a mobile wheelchair. But watching the video, he did confront him about stealing and the old man did pull out a pistol. And I'm sorry, but if you pull out a weapon on me. And I'm just confronting you, I'm going to retaliate before you do at least. I hope I do because you're not going to have the chance to take my life. And as he admitted to doing, and it is self defense two by all means in this situation
Wheelchair guy only had a knife. I hope this dude rots in jail.
It doesn't matter. It's the optics of the whole thing. Idiot shot a wheelchair bound Veteran. He effed up, and he knew it.
so why was he arrested?
Ironic.
No matter what you’re facing right now, remember that God has not forgotten you. His Word says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Even in the moments that feel darkest, He is your light and your strength. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). You don’t have to carry this alone—God is fighting for you, guiding you, and holding you up. Hold on. Better days are coming. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). You are stronger than you think, and His grace is enough for you today. AMEN
This dude down played this whole situation He physically touched the dude in the wheelchair after assuming he was a fake vet ,interview on YouTube some of yall should watch it.
In July 2025, a disabled Navy veteran, Harold Powell, was shot on the Seattle waterfront after being accused of "stolen valor" by another man, Gregory Timm. The victim, who was in a wheelchair, survived and is recovering. Details of the incident: Location and date: The shooting occurred on July 31, 2025, on Alaskan Way near Pier 55 on Seattle's waterfront. The confrontation: According to prosecutors, Gregory Timm, 32, confronted Harold Powell, 68, accusing him of falsely claiming to be a military veteran. When Timm demanded to see identification, he ripped a military patch from Powell's belongings. The shooting: In response, Powell drew a knife and an airsoft gun, but video shows Timm stepping back, pulling a real handgun from his bag, and shooting Powell once in the chest. Victim's condition: Powell was critically injured but survived the shooting. He was treated at Harborview Medical Center and has since been released to recover at home. Suspect arrested: Timm was arrested at the scene and charged with first-degree felony assault. The defense's claim: Timm's attorney has claimed self-defense, but prosecutors argue this does not apply since Timm initiated the confrontation. Timm's history: Timm has a history of erratic behavior, including ramming a vehicle into a Trump voter registration tent in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2020.
coward
sounds like self defense to me
😯Oh he said paintball markings turrets not turds, I'm tripping
This was not self defense. Reading is fundamental. That's why he's still locked up and the judge denied to reduce his 750,000 bond. This guy is a nutjob.
he thinks he can talk his way out of it...nope your goin to prison for shooting a defenseless man
Well now you experience prison
shooting an old man in a wheelchair is not self-defense when he's the one that started the disturbance by bothering the old man and then playing victim
he gives me weird vibes, he's kinda the guy that wanted the smoke and got it, but felt guilty after shooting dude. It was justifiable though. wheelchair guy pulled a pellet gun. I'm glad he's okay though.
Little problem here folks, HE was the aggressor!! Can’t claim self defense when your the aggressor
In Seattle, Gregory Tim shot a man in a wheelchair on the waterfront after an argument over "stolen valor". The incident began when Tim accused the man of falsely claiming military service and removed a patch from his wheelchair. The victim then allegedly produced a knife and an airsoft gun, prompting Tim to pull out a real gun and shoot the victim in the chest. The victim survived and was released from the hospital. Tim was charged with first-degree assault and is being held on $750,000 bail.
It was good shooting. Self defense. doesn't matter if it was a toy gun or water gun. Don't pull a gun unless your ready for it.
For all those claiming, this was self defense. It wasn't the guy in the wheelchair is a disabled veteran. The other guy was accusing him of stolen of stolen valor and basically robbed him
This man is not a criminal and he's not a crazy gun freak he was defending himself
That was his problem, he moved to one of most liberal drug addicts democRATS nut states there is. They no longer want to teach their children right way, but teach them into stupidity.
this dude is a clown. stalked a guy in a wheelchair accusing him of stolen valor. the Guy really was a vet and in a wheel chair just trying to play music. this weirdo for no reason started going at him.
soon these liberal cities will be Muslim sharia law is coming
wtf is he being arrested for then
Even though he was in a wheelchair, you can’t pull a gun and expect not to have a gun fight…
Self defense. If someone pulled a gun on me and I had my gun they would be shot instantly.
Yeah nice try bud the video don’t lie you came at him he wanted nothing to do with you
This guy is a going down.
Where was the gun when you was in the meeting? 🤨
He's Lying . He is R.acist crazy D.evil !!!
He already had it plained to do just what he did but chose someone weaker than him. Evil as heck!
I watched this happen
Exercise your right and shut your trap.
you did what anyone would do
The guy was a disabled navy veteran, good thing he survived.
they gonna drop his charges for self-defense. the other guy gonna do time in a wheelchair to threaten this guy life with a gun.
exactly why we need gems to protect oursleves....anyone can make a home made firearm that can kill
The second you brandish a gun at someone your liable for all consequences that follow.
let him go
Just because he’s a veteran don’t mean a damn thing
The hat inside a building tells you everything
He seems off ,what lead up to the confrontation? We need the whole story
I hate people like this, manipulators..
Locd out lol
