the mother is clearly trying to use the child as a pawn to avoid the consequences of her bad acts, but the Court should not be so dismissive, as the Court stands as the guardian for all children. instead the court should be inquiring as to the whereabouts, custody and welfare of the child of the person they are taking into custody.

Why when people do drugs, drugs come first. When they get arrested, then their children are their top priority 😆? Been there! I woke up the day, I went out with friends. Came home, forgetting my sister had my daughter for the night. I tore apart the house looking for her, bawling my eyes out. Called my sister, and she said she had my daughter. That's the day I went cold Turkey, and realized my child was my life! Not a substance 😲
