The police should have been charged
people we need to get this judge fired I seen so many of her videos she works on her feelings not on the right of the people
police shouldn't been chasing him in the first place you putting the lives of people in jeopardy it's the cops fault but they don't want to be blamed so that's why they always charge the other person they always do that.
So a cop can just shoot random people just as long as he is in pursuit?
It is his fault, it wouldn’t have happened if the cop wasn’t in a pursuit with him in the first place
I thought it was Oprah🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
I'm kind of feeling like if a cop crashes his car and kills someone regardless of the reason it falls on the cop
Cops paid her off to avoid a big ass lawsuit
hell no especially when you're 52 years old you don't want to go to prison no more or stay jail Texas is bad prison or state jail it's not good
I learned my lesson for sure going to state jail for a year a year and stay till one ear and state jail I learned my lesson for sure
I did I even stayed jail I regret it have I gone back no I learned my lesson for sure
San Antonio Texas State jail Dominguez I did a year I learned my lesson for sure
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
I am not defending this guy at all, however i do have some serious questions about this. I understand him being charged but not for murder... going by definition of the crime murder requires intent to kill. How is the prosecution proving this man had willful intent on killing that pedestrian? I would think that negligent manslaughter aka involuntary manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide seem to be more relatable charges by their definition as the death is unintentional. I'm no lawyer, I'm simply thinking critically.🤷🏻♂️
They could have called off the chase for sake of the communities safety! This "Law" is just a way to cover their asses!@!
this is so stupid. its not his fault the cop killed someone.
So if you run ever the cops can plow down a stranger and your at fault? Please that’s ridiculous , the cop is in control of his vehicle , he needs to put the priority of the public at hand at all times
So if someone shoots at me and I defend my self and shoot back and it hit a innocent person who’s and the wrong
I know Texas is about to go to prison or state jail for sure Texas don't mess with nothing at all for sure
I jay walk and a cop shoots by me and kills someone else I'ma get charged tf
TENNESSEE V. GARNER
You cause the domino effect and you are going down for it!!
in the first place a police officer shouldn't be taking his gun out to shoot anyone... if he's to tell him to stop and the victim start running and he put his gun out.. because he can't run because he's to fat to run and don't do exercise... to you all look at the news and look at that police videos and look what you see you see a lot of guys that are fat their bellies hanging they're big and big pot bellies... the only thing they can do is take their gun and make it shoot at the man or girl that is running there is a no no
That’s dumb
what the heck thats not right
Something doesn't sound right... so she's charging him with the gun shooting of the civilian.
damn i didnt know all that
Wow
Charge the piece of 💩’s cops that hit the person.
he will beat it in the appeals court
Did the cop get charged to? He should have. he is the one who physically did the action
Police responsible not him
cops got there kill one way or another
that's messed up but you should have just stopped and obey the police that's it less problems
kil$ the judge
laws in the U.S.A are not laws and we have none, see if the leaders dont have ro follow them, nor does society..
everytime I see this judge I get a gut feeling she is corrupt
she needs to loose her chair pos
Damn that qualified immunity
that judge is so dirty
When someone swerves into your lane and causes you to swerve into someone else's lane and causes an accident, they don't charge the car that initially caused it to happen just the cars that are involved in the accident. Sucks to say but the cops should've been charged with manslaughter
then the police should go to jail i thought they got threw driving training stay blessed
How does this make sense.
So he’s charged with a ‘murder’ that the police actually committed. Okay, well, that’s that then… POLICE GET AWAY WITH MURDER.. Because that’s EXACTLY what happened…
I seen several cases with her I'm a paralegal I would hate to be in her courtroom I wonder is she above the law or does she just uphold it or does the laws not apply to her!!
that boy was running for his life from somebody ran across the street and the police hit the guy chasing him and killed him and the boy goes to jail so he was just supposed to stay and be assaulted and killed??? don't run right???
