The employee was the aggressor
He’s gonna beat the case lol hints why he’s booked on assault and not malicious intent,or attempted murder..you usually get booked for a couple days for the PD to do there investigations then your released
😂😂 any other time y'all would be like "she shouldn't have thrown anything".. bro that came up to the counter knew he had a gun, that's why he was so quick to gesture "let's go outside".. so he knew WHEN he lost, that he could shoot him. there's 3 people, y'all act so tough but so quick to pull a gun 🤡
he pushed the wrong person
Bro wtf is going on in the back of this audio
Can somebody explain to me why they had to say that the employee with in charge
If you’re not going to show them, don’t post the video!
I thought the person just walked in and shot the employee. The employee started the physical altercation by pushing. You gotta be mindful these days because everyone is on edge.
wendys is not this good…
Duke should e free
unfortunately, the customer threw something first, which the law considers assault. I hope things work out for him and the charges are dropped
why the woman throw anything. that escalated the situation
Employee should have been charged cause why he cause problems
Why not just give the customer hot frys. It doesn’t come out of their pocket so why not fix the problem. Fast food is getting to be ridiculous about the way they treat their customers
The one in the green and the one the threw something at the employees head should be In jail fr
I don't know who y'all is 🥺 The one that through the gloves should have been the focus not the guy... The fact he came around the corner and shoved the costumer when been all the reason to have shot manager right there ,not say come outside which he wasn't saying come out 2. If customer has a gun manager most certainly shouldn't have came around the counter 3. The manager threw some fries at the female the reason for coming in the store 4. The other female employee walks out with her gun after the customer and fires, employees are dead wrong 5. The male customer clearly shows he's not really about that life cause the manager wouldn't have been able to get that close Employees should NEVER NEVER Endanger their lives or other customers............. Idgaf ina situation Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong that goes for who ever I don't suga coat 💩 💩 for no one
you are absolutely right but look at it the one threw the gloves is the glue which is a female . She's not charged they charge the male in olive sweatshirt with assault the manager nor the female( black Jacket )was charged with anything , look at other videos the female worker is the one pulled the gun inside of the store and then followed customers outside she's a convicted felon she not charged either. Olive shirt was just the driver that came with female who was smacked in the face with fries in the drive thru . Do you see olive shirt assault anyone??? He actually was the one assaulted by the employees.
