On the morning of July 15, ICE agents attempted a traffic stop to arrest Khanbabazadeh for allegedly overstaying his visa. According to ICE, he asked to drop his son off at Guidepost Montessori preschool first. After following him to the parking lot, agents said he "resisted arrest and refused to exit his vehicle," leading them to break the window to detain him. Video footage shows Khanbabazadeh saying, "I'm getting out," just before or as the window shatters.

I live in Oregon And we have the most protective laws for immigrants, we were first sanctuary state…. So I can guarantee that if this is in Oregon and they are doing this, there’s more than just him being an immigrant to the story…. Either he isn’t legal and that’s just what is being told or there are other legal impacts that are doing this for. Don’t buy into the lies , use your brain, social media ands mainstream media is the biggest manipulator of facts… i don’t get it anymore, we are protecting the wrong people and care about those that would turn their back to save themselves.
