that's not what happened! that was not his brother AND he wasn't the one who fired .. all three 2 officers and the suspect were on the fighting over the gun .. when the suspects gun discharges then the other officer fired .. this officer was emotional cause the he could've been shot when the gun was pointed at him but there was no more bullets in it ..
