Personally, if I was the police I would have probably pulled my piece. Because you never know. I'm not saying point it at the guy bcuz then the police has made it where if the guy shoots him he was just defending himself from a threat. I could be wrong but I don't think the officer broke any laws just by pulling it out of his holster.....We really have no idea who this guy is with the apparent open carry
