lady was 79 years old..riding bike across the bridge...she was 10 feet from the end when it lifted and she fell through an opening and died...the person controlling the bridge pled guilty to manslaughter avoiding prison time. a law suit has been filed....the are working on new technology to keep these things from happening..

what I got out of this is someone was crossing the bridge while walking n the bridge went up n obviously killed the person who was walking when it went up for a boat???
