A homicide suspect was killed Tuesday in a shootout with police in Harrisburg and witnesses were there to film the incident as it happened. According to Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo, Santiago Gutierrez, 29, was killed in the shooting. Gutierrez was wanted by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police for the shooting death of 25-year-old Jhonny Torres. According to the City of Harrisburg, at 11:10 a.m., officers received a tip that Gutierrez was traveling South on Cameron Street. Marked cars were quickly sent out in pursuit. When Gutierrez recognized the marked cars following him, he reportedly began shooting at officers from his moving vehicle.
