The baby should have been in a crib, not in the bed with him. It's still his fault his daughter is dead. I know that pediatricians and the hospitals warn against allowing babies sleeping with adults. I guess these are the same people that don't use car seats, or forget their kids in cars. Regardless of whether it was intentional or not, the baby is still dead, and if not due to his reckless actions she would still be alive.
So glad he didn't hurt his daughter. And they found out he hadn't. So glad he was set free. So sorry for the loss of his baby girl

Sorry to say, but this young man already had 2 strikes against him, 1 he's black, 2 he's married to a white woman, all they saw was a black man with a mixed black baby whose lying and he did something. I believe that he shouldn't have been charged with anything until all the forensics reports were in and, at that time, charged. This happened a lot, and I haven't read about anyone being charged for killing their child as quickly as this. What they need to do is start cracking down on people allowing these dogs to kill these babies, this is getting way out of control. Now they have blemish this man life.
