if a person has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, then I believe there should be specialized health care facilities designated to help care for and treat people inflicted with this mental disease. In no way should someone with schizophrenia be living without constant supervision. Many schizophrenics see things and hear things that drive them to breaking points. Unfortunately, the end results could be a violent assault or murder. Because of this unpredictable outcome, no way in hell should a person with this diagnosis be released back into society to roam freely. There is still no cure or magic pill to control or end this mental disease, but "Forgive them holy father, for they know NOT what they do." He may do this again if he is not supervised 24/7.
