I totally agree. I knew a guy that had 6 kids with the same woman. He couldn't keep up with child support and he was put in jail. His mother saved him because she took hair from each kid and sent it off for DNA testing. When it came back he wasn't the father of any of them. His ex knew he wasn't and put him in jail anyway. Funny thing though. All those kids still call him dad. And he loves them all.

And to add. This is even in most cases if the father has the children full time they don’t make the mom get a job or pay support make it make sense.
some jail speaking upon the in my city or nextdoor gets paid $136 per day plus your 2 dollars a day just to house you so let's do the math you get sentenced for 90 days so that's 136 ×90 = $12,240 in that's what the tax payers pay your local city jail to house you , that's what it's about and not a cent of that money they make off of you go towards your child support , in sad part is you may not even owe that much fact look it up every state and city is different yours may charge more or less but this shit is crazy

you don't get the point of sitting in jail for awhile. after being in jail for a bit and losing your freedom and having to eat jail food and can't get any sleep because of all the noise and maybe getting your ass whipped maybe just maybe when you get out you'll step up and get that job and pay your child support. Its a rotten shame a grown man has to be forced to support his children.

prison makes money off of how many people they have incarcerated same with CPS and schools the more people the more money we are just their puppets they design and control in different ways

They do this to any male no matter the color also will take away your license and give you a felony in some states for lack of paying but they can take up to 55% of your income and visitation court and dads rights are separate from child support court.

Who ever has the child can get all the benefits. so if the father has the child he can put the mom on child support, he can get section 8 and food stamps. the issue is a lot of man dont want the kids

Wisconsin was trying to make me pay child support, when my wife and I were married, raising our son together in our home! I asked, who the hell am I paying, my self!? most of the child support goes to the state.
