Buying stolen property is exactly that. If he proves it's his then she broke the law.

at the end of the day you have the legal purchase of someone stole it and brought it there just get a lawyer involved they're going to have to give you back your stuff cuz something worked as valuable as that has to be checked by finder pawn shop who buys it from a person and they must take all the information of that person so yeah something's not adding up

I like how they try to say Man tries to steal a watch whenever it’s his property to begin with he has the invoice. He has everything to say that this is mine and if she bought it from somebody that stole it that’s called a hot piece of property, which means that she can be charged federally at that point because it is above a certain amount.

Pretty much impossible. The guy is a con artist and with jewelry this expensive, it has a registration And insurance and it's logged into a database. and for the gullible people who somehow get to vote There's a thing called printing false paperwork.

no matter how you look at it, if what he's saying is true that he filled out the paperwork and reported it stolen, it is their responsibility to verify if it is or is it, just like a pawn shop has to put whatever they purchase into a database, and wait and see if it's been reported stolen, if it has, they lose it...
