That had NOTHING to do with the preacher! The guy walking and the guy following behind him walking his dog were OBVIOUSLY already going through something. It just happend to come to a head when they walked past the preacher. Most likely the guy walking was waiting to get around other people (like the preacher) before he confronted the man following him.
