My 17 y/o son was in a training course last year with a boy that wanted to use she/her pronouns and not be known at all as a boy. My son asked to be exempt from calling him a girl, but was said he would be dismissed from the program if he didn’t shoe respect. My son stopped using pronouns period and started using their last names in place of pronouns. So he could say ‘Gregor’s next’, instead of ‘she’s next’. It saved my son from bowing to their mental illness and helped him retain his morals, while also staying out of trouble.
