People look like they're fleeing a car as it sits there already stopped with no one in it. Dude in front of the car just chugging his beer. The car already shown at a full stop with no driver but suddenly hit a Jeep? No Jeep in sight of the so-called surveillance video. No vehicle at all close to it that could be hit from there. And someone hit the "ceiling" of what? The ceiling of the sidewalk? What a lame video to waste time making.
