as a Nurse of 37 years i can tell you we have never been paid enough for all the hard work,compassion and lives in our hands everyday. we have to keep up liability insurance just like doctors we know the patients better and we catch the doctors mistakes as well🤔🙏

Yall clearly don’t know what nurses do. Doctors are so nice because they don’t deal with the rowdy, rude, and sometimes violent patients. And we are the ones that calm them down before they see the doctor. So yes, we deserve all the praise for doing the grunt work of the medical field.
