She was having sleep paralysis if you don’t know what that is it’s when your sleeping and you wake up but as your lying down you can’t move and you have a bad hallucination and you see a demon either sitting on your chest or slowly coming to you and jumpscaring you this happens if you sleep on your back stress or if you don’t have a sleep schedule if this was helpful please like this

It appears there was a bug in the bed. She kicks at it thrashing, then in an attempt to get away from an unknown critter, she dives out the bed in a half sleep stupor.
been there did that. broke my finger and scraped my cheek. another time I imagined a large load of laundry falling and jumped OVER my husband to save it from falling. who knows what we think in sleep state.
