I wonder what their lives are like? These athletes are the elites of the Chinese Communist Party. Picked an adolescent age to begin training (forced or else)no personal life to speak of, living in a bubble of security, training, Communist propaganda training etc. all of this done before they're 10 years old. All they've become is an on and off switch for the ChiComs to exploit.
