The NFL has changed how and when they allocate the team balls. Including the "kickers" balls. They have all season now to "soften" them up. It's predicted that these new "records" will have asterisks after them. Like they did with baseball.

In the year 2025, with all the soccer players in the world who are experts at striking a ball with their foot/feet, the NFL shouldn't have a single kicker that can't confidently cover the distance part of a 70 yard field goal. You'd think 90% of soccer players would go through a FG kicking school just to see how accurate they are or could become. It pays pretty well if you are an end of roster pro soccer player or lower.
