There MAY have been contact, but when you look at the running styles, the short lady's right arm pumps out further from her body. The tall lady's technique is really tight. She is hugging the far side of her lane, but she's not outside of her lane. Nobody "cheated." I think the short lady's wide swinging arm caused contact IF there was contact. I know one thing. If "Ms. Shorty" had one inch more leg length, she wins. She got to be the fastest short sprinter I have ever seen. I wonder what that 40 time was.
