It reminds me of an old joke. A cop pulls over an old lady for driving 15 mph on the freeway. He approaches the car and asks if she is feeling OK. She responds "I'm just fine. Why do you ask." He says, "you are driving 15 mph on the freeway." She says the sign said 15. He says "no ma'am, that sign is telling you this is Interstate 15." I just got pulled over other day the cop told me shut my car off and asked me why the fuck I was doing 100 and I repeated 100 and he said I clocked you at 107 you dropped to 100 and I said my car's been acting up and he said well if you got new tires it will throw off the speedometer.
