When my brothers & I were growing up, our Dad always made the potato salad. Because, he was very good at it and it was very delicious. Dad was in the Navy during WW2 and black naval private in a segregated military he was assigned to KP duty (kitchen patrol). He learned how to cook various food dishes. Although, when he my mom got married she was the one who was the main cook in our family. But, Dad could cook in a pitch. when my mother's got sick, Dad always cooked dinner. When they both retired and Mom became sick Dad did all the cooking. In all 3 of my brothers can cook to some degree.👍🏾👍🏾❤️❤️😍
