The courts need to establish paternity thru DNA testing BEFORE issuing child support orders or sending anyone to prison for back child support. They shouldn't rely on just the testimony of the mother. There was a man on Paternity Court who spent 5 YEARS in prison for a child that wasn't his. The mother should have been required to pay him restitution for the time he spent incarcerated. Maybe this will deter women from falsely accusing men of paternity just to collect child support.

DNA is a must I got into an argument even though the child didn't survive birth for her to say you weren't even the father anyways and I was 17 at the time I chose to push all fun things aside because I wanted to be a dad also found out she faked pregnancies just to keep me around and crazy a lot of men don't even question if they are the father there's been guys finding out 10 20 even 30 years or more to know that they are not the father

But also when u go for assisstant thru state they do ask who the father is u can say u dont know period u do not have to say a name unless of course u know 100 percent who the daddy is !!
