penn had star quality from an early age. im not sure why hes not the greatest but he was a fantastic actor. temper maybe. Absolutely fantastic in Bad Boys. Such a gut wrenching movie. I loved him in Out of Bounds with Walkin. and lets not forget about Spicoli. and Walter Mitty. his part was perfectly played in that film. As a matter of fact, walter mitty is a masterpiece.
