I saw someone say it must be a red State, but I've seen this happen way too often in the blue, blue, blue, blue state of California.
I would like to know why they stopped him in the first place, suspicion is not a crime. If he was trespassing or menacing I could see it but just because he's in an area they don't think he belongs, this is just wrong. I walk around with money in my pocket and knives all the time, never really found that to be suspicious.
