The framers of our Constitution and the architects of our government would not have tolerated the display of a foreign nations flag while occupying territory within the United States. Such displays would have been met with deadly force and rightfully so. Anyone flying another nation's flag (w/out the American flag above it) should be considered a domestic enemy &/or hostile invader that does not owe or, pay allegiance to America. It is not difficult to observe what people truly believe, especially when they put it on display for your natural senses to discern. Believe them when they tell you what they think and act accordingly.
