I used to work at McDonald's many years ago if a customer asks for fresh fries or no salt fries u are supposed to accommodate her request..with out attitude... In our McDonald's they had a framed sign saying The customer is always right...
Why would any manager allow an employee to respond to a customer that way. She was standing right next to the employee and didn't say anything. Managers are worst than the employees to allow that type of behavior.

There has to be a better way. Everybody want fresh hot fries. I can count the times I’ve got them. No fuss especially in the drive thru where the objective is getting your food fast. Whenever you eat out you are taking a big chance.
