its illegal to ask anyone to keep children inside for any reason all children have the right to play, and you dont have to be on their ass the entire time they're outside either, just check on them occasionally and no one can say shit to u bout ur kids playing..unless u have city noise control time..like 11pm then everyone needs to keep it down anyway.

It is the Parent's Responsibility to teach Those Children that respect of Others is the hallmark of Good Manners. This "Parent"needs to instill Manners and respect for the Privacy of Others in the Vicinity. "Kids being Kids" is an admission that these "Kids have not been taught Respect for Others" . Those "Kids "need to be taught to respect their neighbors, and learn to have fun ,without being too Rowdy . The Dad is reinforcing their rambunctious behavior by dismissing the many complaints about their undisciplined behavior. He should have confronted his Children and told them to respect the neighborhood and tone down their playtime. If these kids don't respect boundaries they will think that they are entitled to be disrespectful.....
