It is the Parent's Responsibility to teach Those Children that respect of Others is the hallmark of Good Manners. This "Parent"needs to instill Manners and respect for the Privacy of Others in the Vicinity. "Kids being Kids" is an admission that these "Kids have not been taught Respect for Others" . Those "Kids "need to be taught to respect their neighbors, and learn to have fun ,without being too Rowdy . The Dad is reinforcing their rambunctious behavior by dismissing the many complaints about their undisciplined behavior. He should have confronted his Children and told them to respect the neighborhood and tone down their playtime. Some comments recommend the neighbor move. Like it’s such a simple thing to do after investing and becoming a member of the community pick up and go. Sorry that makes no sense. We live in what is called a society and there are rules that are followed to encourage support and unity. Is it so difficult to have your children play quietly out of respect for others? In one neighborhood I lived, a neighbor had to get up at 4am. Out of respect for that neighbor we limited our outdoor activities. Not so hard. Just a small consideration. Are children taught to hold the door open for the next person? A small common courtesy, costs nothing and takes a few seconds, but is much appreciated
